We’re currently aware of ongoing issues affecting the HAi Companion Platform — including messages not being sent and HAi Companions not replying as expected.
Our engineering team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand how disruptive this can be, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work on a fix.

A fix has been implemented. The issue was caused by the latest update, but a patch has now been applied and systems are beginning to stabilize. We are actively monitoring all services to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Update 10:41 PM (GMT +2): All systems are stable! The latest update is running smoothly, and our HAi Companions are back to their cheerful selves—happy to be chatting with their favorite humans again!
